These Terms & Conditions apply to all services and products offered by LCS Athletics จC Learn Commit Sustain, including:
Online personal training
Nutrition coaching
Digital products (programs, PDFs, guides)
In-person coaching
Workshops, retreats, and seminars
Subscriptions and online content
Payments via PayPal, and bank transfer
By purchasing any service or product, the client accepts these Terms & Conditions.
2. Services Provided
LCS Athletics provides fitness training, nutrition coaching, educational content, and personalized programs.
All coaching services are based on the clientกฏs personal information, training history, and health status as provided by the client.
LCS Athletics does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client confirms that:
they are healthy and physically able to participate in exercise
they have disclosed relevant health information
they consult a medical professional if they have any doubts
they follow program instructions responsibly
LCS Athletics is not liable for injuries, health issues, or damages resulting from misuse of the programs or failure to follow instructions.
4. Liability Disclaimer
All training and nutrition guidance is followed at the clientกฏs own risk.
LCS Athletics is not liable for:
injuries
allergic reactions or intolerances
training accidents
incorrect execution of exercises
health complications
lost data or technical issues
5. Digital Products
All digital products (guides, PDFs, programs, templates) are delivered electronically.
Due to their nature, digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
The client receives a personal, non-transferable license for private use only.
Sharing, reselling, copying, or publishing is strictly prohibited.
6. Coaching Packages & Subscriptions
Coaching packages (training or nutrition) are valid only for the purchased period.
Unused sessions do not roll over unless agreed in writing.
Subscription services renew automatically unless cancelled in advance (if applicable for your business in the future).
7. Cancellation Policy
Online coaching & consultations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Late cancellations or no-shows are fully charged.
Workshops, events & retreats
A tailored cancellation policy applies depending on the event. Typically:
Cancellation > 30 days before event ก๚ 70% refund
Cancellation < 30 days ก๚ no refund
You may transfer your spot to another person with prior approval.
Digital products
No refunds once delivered.
8. Payment Terms
Payments are processed via PayPal, or bank transfer.
Services must be paid in full before coaching begins.
If a payment fails or is delayed, access to coaching may be paused until the balance is settled.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, videos, programs, PDFs, graphics, and branding under LCS Athletics are protected by copyright.
Clients may not:
resell or duplicate content
use LCS material for their own commercial purposes
Legal action may be taken in case of violations.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
LCS Athletics collects only the data necessary to provide coaching services.
Data is handled according to Swiss data protection law and, for EU users, GDPR.
Client information is never sold or shared with third parties unless legally required.
11. International Clients
Since clients are located worldwide, each client is responsible for complying with their local legal and tax regulations when purchasing services.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law.
Place of jurisdiction is Switzerland.

LCS Athletics does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided. All offers are non-binding.
