COMPETE

Is designed for competitive athletes who want to follow a structured training program and continuously improve their performance — without individual video feedback or personal coaching.

The program includes all typical competitive CrossFit movements and conditioning pieces, with clear options to scale weights where needed.
Gymnastics offer scaling options as well, making this program ideal
for athletes who already have solid movement foundations.

Training volume is designed for 90 minutes to 2 hours per training day. Programming is released every Sunday for the upcoming week
via the True Coach app, where each athlete receives individual access.

Weekly structure

  • Training days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday

  • Rest days: Thursday & Sunday

This program is ideal for athletes who want structure, consistency, and competitive-style training — while training independently.

Allows you to train with Lea from anywhere worldwide while receiving structured programming and direct feedback.

Clients receive individual access to the True Coach app and can access their Individualized programming, where workouts are programmed and reviewed
with detailed video comments.

This option is ideal for athletes and individuals who want flexibility without compromising coaching quality.

12 WEEKS TRAINING PROGRAM

This program is a 12 week HYROX cycle designed for anyone who wants to get faster, stronger, and race-ready.

The program offers

  • 1 HYROX focus day

All sessions are 45 - 75 minutes - perfect for busy athletes who still want real progress.

If you’re prepping for your first race or want to level up your performance, this cycle is made for you.

NUTRITION

Is designed to support your training, recovery, and overall performance
through a personalized approach to nutrition.

The process starts with a questionnaire, followed by an online coaching call with Lea. Based on this call, you will receive a personalized nutrition plan, including:

  • Macro guidelines

  • Practical menu options

  • Supplement recommendations
    (if needed)

Optional monthly check-ins help track progress, adjust the plan, and provide ongoing support.

I’ve been working with Coach Lea since 2023. Our sessions have been virtual but we have also trained in person when we are in the same city.

What I like most about her sessions is that it’s goal oriented. We started by defining what I wanted to achieve and from there built a bespoke program to achieve those goals. The programming is scalable with a focus on detail and quality of movement.

Progress: Physically, I’ve gained muscle mass , improved my gymnastics skills and developed a mindset to think small and to listen to my body as I train and recover.

Communication is excellent via coaching app. Detailed feedback is provided on movements for each training day. Video chats to discuss progress, hurdles, goals, etc. She also advised on tweaking my diet to optimize results.
